Return Policy :

Refund Policy:
- All physical products purchased from Evauramia are non-returnable.
- All Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Defects, Damages & Exchanges :
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24-48 hours of receiving your package. We will require photos of the defects or damage in your return/refund request.
- To initiate a refund request, please email info@evauramia.com with "Defect / Damage" in the subject line. Please include your Name, Order Number, and Photo of defect/damage (if applicable).
- If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
- Please note that we do not offer refunds for items that have been used, opened or tampered with in any way.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- We reserve the right to reject a refund request if we suspect abuse of our return policy.
